Meet the culinary genius behind Ngali's Palette, Ngalifourou Matingou, affectionately known as Chef Ngali. With her roots tracing back to the diverse cultures of Africa and the Diaspora, Chef Ngali developed a profound appreciation for a wide array of cuisines from a young age, thanks to her Congolese heritage. Her culinary journey began to take shape at the tender age of 12, when she started experimenting with flavors and dishes.

Chef Ngali's passion for cooking only intensified with time. At 16, she ventured to France to refine her culinary skills through formal cooking courses, further expanding her culinary horizons. By 18, she had already dabbled in the culinary business world, selling plates and successfully catering her first event. This entrepreneur's love affair with food has been both adventurous and inspiring.

Her dedication to her craft led her to achieve an A.S. in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from Laney College in Oakland, California, a remarkable accomplishment she attained at just 19 years old. Chef Ngali's commitment to food safety is unwavering, as demonstrated by her Food Protection Management Certification.
